You may have seen brochures in the mail for utility insurance, but have you actually considered getting it? You may want to, especially if you believe what these flyers have to say.
Utility insurance is regarding gas, water, and sewer lines underground. There’s more of a risk in old homes, but regardless, they’re your responsibility since they’re on your property. A lot of insurance agents, believe they are gimmicks and not necessary for many properties, though.
